I bought me some pickled beets the other day. I have been eating them nonstop. Is this healthy?

I have been taking a skin, hair, and nail vitamin for about 4 months now. I haven’t noticed any major difference. Do you think I should continue taking the vitamin to give it more time to see results? Or should I stop taking it because it is not working?

I removed cow’s milk from my diet years before it started trending. I discovered other ways to get the calcium, vitamin D, and protein my body needs. That was the key. I am not against or for cow’s milk. I suggest those who are contemplating whether to drink or not to drink, take an individualized approach and assess all options then determine which option best serves their nutritional needs.

I have been eating peanut butter all my life. For some reason now I have allergic reactions to peanut butter but not to peanuts. Why is that?
