
Dear Lesley: Is Juicing bad for me?
I bought a juicer and I really like using it. I have been juicing carrots, celery, and apples almost every day since I bought the juicer. I am able to drink several cups of the juice throughout the day.

I bought a juicer and I really like using it. I have been juicing carrots, celery, and apples almost every day since I bought the juicer. I am able to drink several cups of the juice throughout the day.

My doctors told me to cut back on salt because I need to lower my sodium. The problem I have is that without salt there is no flavor. Can I just use a little salt?
