I have been eating peanut butter all my life. For some reason now I have allergic reactions to peanut butter but not to peanuts. Why is that?

I have been eating peanut butter all my life. For some reason now I have allergic reactions to peanut butter but not to peanuts. Why is that?

I have been doing pretty good with eating healthier. I have been working on trying new foods and you have been a big part of that. But I am struggling with giving up one of my favorite foods– bacon.

I have been diagnosed with endometriosis. To manage my condition, I have eliminated red meat, dairy, and soy from my diet. This in combination with my medication has prevented flare-ups and aided some in my digestion. My main concerns are trying to get back to a healthy weight and healthy digestion because I am pretty underweight since my last flare-up.

Looking for ways to boost your immune system? My recommendation would be to practice a food first approach to immune support. I love eating olives. I snack on them throughout the day almost every day. I eat them so much that I buy them by the gallon. I have been told that I need to cut back. I wanted to know if olive oil is healthy enough for us to cook with it every day, why isn’t eating olives every day healthy?

I have frequent headaches. What would you suggest I do to help naturally?
