I love eating olives. I snack on them throughout the day almost every day. I eat them so much that I buy them by the gallon. I have been told that I need to cut back. I wanted to know if olive oil is healthy enough for us to cook with it every day, why isn’t eating olives every day healthy?

I have been getting criticized because I let my child drink coffee. We both really like to get a Frappuccino when we are out. I don’t understand it though. Is coffee bad for kids or something?

I am working on doing better with my eating. Since summer is almost over, I wanted to know what fruits I should eat in the fall and winter.

I have been doing some research on different diets to get my body right for summer and I think I found the one I want to do. I was thinking of going with the keto diet, but it may be too hard for me to stick with it. I have decided that I will go with the gluten-free diet.

My child won’t eat anything healthy. He always tries to eat my food but refuses to eat his own food. What can I do?
