I have been put on a medication that interferes with the amount of calcium in my body. What can I eat to keep the calcium up?

Potatoes are one of my favorite foods. I find them to be tasty, filling, and convenient additions to completing a meal. I think it is not fair that they have such a bad rep. Why is that anyway? Potatoes have so many nutritionally positive attributes.

I have been getting criticized because I let my child drink coffee. We both really like to get a Frappuccino when we are out. I don’t understand it though. Is coffee bad for kids or something?

It’s no surprise that in times like these, people may be looking for a retreat or escape. How are you coping during such chaotic moments?

My doctor told me to take vitamin D3 and magnesium. I don’t like the thought of having to take several pills every day. Can I take only one multivitamin with both of those things in it?

Are there any suggestions you could give me for my low appetite? I am happy with my weight, and I have been eating this way most of my adult life. It becomes worse when I am stressed and working to meet deadlines.
