I am a very busy person, and my work is important and incredibly demanding. I do not have time for cooking. It is easier for me to purchase food from restaurants. It is convenient and I can afford it. I cannot make a lot of time-consuming changes, nor will I cut out all the things I like. I need to be able to live a little and enjoy life. I want to know which healthy food I can eat to be healthier without having to give up the things I like. Is there a superfood, such as sea moss or turmeric, you would recommend I eat or supplement with either every day or every other day to be healthier without having to make any changes? – PURSUING LEVERAGE
