I promote the functional medicine approach to wellness. According to the University of Western States, functional medicine is described as a science-based, patient-centered approach to achieving and maintaining excellent health through natural methods, with diet and nutrition at the forefront.1 I apply integrative methods to provide individualized care focusing on dietary prevention and lifestyle changes. I work with you to support your personal health goals by:

  • Having one-on-one sessions to provide proper assessment, address your primary concerns, and evaluate your individual needs
  • Creating individualized nutrition plans with dietary recommendations, meal plans, recipes, and strategies for seamless transition 
  • Reviewing supplement use

 

It is my belief that quality, fresh whole foods can be used as powerful tools in achieving optimal health. When therapeutic and restorative use of food is partnered with mindful eating and a non-diet viewpoint, overall wellness is established. One on One Consultations

  • Refreshing of knowledge and behaviors to get back on track. This is for individuals who have a certain level of understanding of their nutritional needs but need to rejuvenate their approach.
  • Personalized sessions for specific issues such as disordered eating, gastrointestinal function, weight management, and PCOS to name a few.

Individualized Meal Planning

  • Consult required; 10 – day meal plan, select recipes, and grocery list
  • No consult required; 7 – day dinner only, select recipes, and grocery list

  • *Fees are determined based on each individual case. Travel expenses are added based on time and milage. Clients within a 10-mile radius do not pay a travel fee.
