Is hot sauce bad for you? – TONI
In my opinion, it is not. Hot sauce is a staple pantry item for me. It is one of my VIP condiments. It packs a serious punch, and it is low calorie.
When choosing a hot sauce, make sure to read the nutrition label. It is important to select a brand that does not have a high sodium content and does not use additives and preservatives.
Also, use a moderate amount. Let’s not drown the food in hot sauce. I view hot sauce as an item that can enhance just about any meal. But what we don’t want is to have your meal swimming in the sauce.
