My Approach: Eat Real, Whole Food—No Parts Wasted.
You may be wondering, How do I do this? and Why should I eat this way? It might sound unclear at first, but that’s where I come in.
The people I work with typically have some knowledge of the benefits of eating whole foods, or they’re eager to learn more. But if this is all new to you, I work patiently and empathetically, helping you understand the principles and empowering you to embrace them as a sustainable lifestyle. My clients often tell me they find our work together not only beneficial but also educational. My success comes from my personalized and simple approach, tailored to fit unique needs.
My career as a nutritionist evolved naturally, shaped by diverse experiences including consulting, research, nutrition advocacy, maternal nutrition public policy, living abroad, community programs, and clinical practice. Each of these experiences has shaped the expertise I offer.
When you work with me, you can trust that I have a deep understanding of community needs, the importance of advocating for nutrition education and food assistance programs, and the role of nutrition in disease management and prevention. I’m enthusiastic about sharing evidence-based nutrition information and resources so individuals can have fluent, healthy experiences that support their journey to real food. My approach is founded on evidence-based practices, honed through continuous education and functional application. I believe in the value of research, but I also emphasize the practical application of its findings to everyday life.
